Are Zero Net Carb breads a fantasy? How do bakeries make Zero Net Carb bread products? To me, most of taste like paper, but are OK when combined with other food – like as a sandwich or taco. One tasted pretty good – LaTortilla Factory Zero Net Carb tortillas—but Wally World quit carrying them, in spite of good reviews.
I suppose that makes zero net carb products less likely to be overeaten.

most of them are all a marketing scam. BUT, there are some very low carb ones out there. A new one is called UnbelievaBun. ✨️ their website says you can get it at Publix in the freezer section. Go to "Serious Keto" on YouTube. look at his "Bread Review" playlist. He reviews taste and if they spike your glucose. Sadly, most do. Another channel is "Chris Cooking Nashville." 5 days ago, he made a burger bun that I think I'll try to make. One more idea is "Black Tie Kitchen" video: " How to make real keto pizza" .. an ingredient people are now using is Lupin flour mixed in with other stuff. I'll make that next month. it's been reviewed as the best so far! I hope this helps!

I don't eat 0 carbs bread cuz really there is no such thing but I do eat low carb tortillas. Right now my favorite is Guerrero low carb ( 2 net carbs) with flax seeds. My only complaint is that every time I buy them they seem to be getting smaller and smaller. Mission low carb wheat tortillas are ok but stay clear of Ole. They are very gummy....
