I guess I let it go a little too much this weekend. :( Gained 2lbs. :(

**TODAY'S WORKOUT**
1) Weights:
-2x15 squatting overhead press
-2x20 lunges
-2x8 men's style pushups (no weights)
2) Jillian Michaels' "Banish Fat Boost Metabolism" (30 minutes out of 45)
129.5 lb Lost so far: 30.5 lb.    Still to go: 11.5 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 7.0 lb a week
