I am happy on how things are going in change over back to calorie counting....I have counted carbs since Feb...Have put my surgery off til after 1st of year..hope to be at goal weight by then......Thanks for all your support
207.0 lb Lost so far: 44.0 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
