Ive been depressed and not openly being transparent with my diet. Lately Ive gained more clarity and it is paying off.
315.3 lb Lost so far: 24.3 lb.    Still to go: 52.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.5 lb a week

I know what you mean. With my son sick, things have been pretty tense around here and you know what happens when you get tense or depressed. The problem is you eat more and get even more depressed because you've been eating all the wrong things and way too much. We need to pull together. I quit writing on here and quit weighing in because I was so angry. I need to get back on track but keep telling myself with Thanksgiving this week, I'll just wait. But you know what, then there will be another excuse. If we blow it on Thanksgiving, it's OK. Work hard till then and pick back up on Friday. It will be OK. We can do this together. Write me everyday if you need to. Keep up with your diary entry's and before you know it we will be on our way. Just found out we are having a family reunion in the spring. Pick something to look forward to that will inspire you to stay on track.
