I'm a grandmother from Virgina with 100 lbs to loose. I live in the middle of nowhere where it takes just about an hour to get to town.
I lost 38 lbs then quit and gained half of it back. After an accident and several leg surgery I can't do exercise that include the use of my legs. That is how I gained back the weight, sitting, reading, watching TV and EATING. I am now getting back to my feet again and starting over but still can't do the normal exercise. I am setting small goals, eaiser to reach, then setting another.
