18stone 6lbs to 13stone 13lbs.

Still a long way to go, but I'm very proud.

Thank you all! It's good to have this support :) @Jo I've been eating around 1200 a day, doing daily muscle training (mainly sit ups and push ups), along with 5km jogs 3/4 times a week :)
