I am back - AGAIN!
Only on this occasion its super important I do something healthy!
I have high blood pressure and cholesterol and have just added statins to my 2 blood P medications.
I need to lose a few stone or may not be around for as long a i want to be.

when I use eggs I now only use 1 egg and buy egg whites, mavively saves on the cholesterol. also I have high blood pressure and the main culprit is salt. everything we have has salt in and we should only have a teaspoon additionally on top of that. it's changed my way of cooking and how much I use. I also switched to low sodium salt. I loveeee salt but I will keep you updated if it drops the BP. also I know everyone says it but water 2-3 litres a day, if you have to .uch salt your body stores it and it holds watertight, only way to control it is to flush it out drinking lots of water or sweat it out.
