I'm so stupid.... Been eating everything!!!! STARTING new today!!!! I can tell I've gain it back...13lbs...WOW. So not acceptable.😢😢😢😡😡😡. Been😴😴😴LAZY

Thanks girl...idk what's wrong with me. I think it's the stress I'm under. My husband has quit diaylsis & it's weighing on me BIG X!!!
