I've started to lose myself with eating unhealthy foods and getting stagnant with a workout regime. Getting back on track today. Getting ready to have a nice tall green smoothie and hit the gym this afternoon!
224.8 lb Lost so far: 8.7 lb.    Still to go: 4.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
