Didn't gauge how much weight I actually gained after my vacation. I'm kind of disappointed with myself, which means I just have to work harder. When I left for my vacation I had gotten myself down to 172...sigh..How do you gain 18lbs in two months? I hope I can get it off and then some..again. I just need to go back to my better habits.
