The last time I weighed in, I had had a really bad week and was eating very little . I lost 3 lbs real fast and that is not good. Naturally it all came back when I started eating normal ( not necessarly over eating ) I will try to get back to recording my food every day. It helps.
190.6 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 10.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
