Today is the restart of the rest of my life. .having a bad back I need to get the weight off and keep it off ..so mum going to be on this diet gor the rest of my life ..at least this way , when I write my food down ..then mum leaves the chocolate behind in the bloody shop ..xx

OOOh, yes I too have just realised that dieting is going to part of the rest of my life, not such a fun thought, but hey I like being thinner. I even bought a dress for Christmas, which I feel good in(trying on clothes is usually a tearful event). As for chocolate, I barely eat it, but it does taste GOOD when I do.
