eliptical 4-4.5 consistant 6 min x2 - much easier, but still would like headphones( should try for 10 min next time with head phones)

running...sucks...can't catch breath...a dismal 1 min maybe at 4, panicy

Your doing great keep it up. I do the eliptial a couple times a week I try for 10 minutes get something to drink and come back for another 5 minutes. Looks like your getting lots of exercise in. Wow I wish I had your determination.

thanks...hope the determination lasts through the long dark winter...already getting too dark for after dinner walks :(
