I treated myself to a small packet of crisps that weekend, but not the beer. I don't really like beer it's too gassy and heavy for me...

I prefer wine to be honest, but I'm not going to have anything to drink until the beginning of December when my aunt visits - I'm trying to set small goals for myself. As for beer I get cravings for it only a couple of times a year.
Have you got any goals for Christmas?

I am going to 75kg hopefully by Xmas....thru diet and exercise. Alcohol has to be parked for the time being. About 80% confident I lol get pretty close....so this month pretty critical to get to to around the 80 mark....around 2kg per week.

Well, I hope it works out for you. I was hoping to get down to 60 but I haven't shifted much weight the last couple of weeks so as long as I get to 62 I'll be happy - any more than that's a bonus!

Well....somehow managed to pull my calf and get cramp in my calf...just about recovering now. Hopefully will get back to losing a bit more this week..you seem to be doing well. ...keep it up.

Neck and a little headache. ..but I ll live...don't feel like eating anything. .been to hospital. ..will keep an eye on things. Just down at how long it takes to sort these things out...48 phone calls.
