Good Morning I have tried to eat the correct way. I have not kept on track according to what my Doctor had told me to and I gained 5.5 pounds back again. This is all water weight and so I have started WOE low carb again today. I hurt my ankle a couple of weeks ago and can not ride my bike nor do many exercises I was doing before. I will be doing sit ups, and weight lifting now until my ankle heals.
201.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 55.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
