First week back on weight watchers and I lost 5 lbs!!!! The most I've EVER lost in one week. Instead of slowing down, I'm just cranking the intensity up :) Added 5 more minutes and one intensity level to my workout!
153.6 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 14.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
