One of those rare moment where 100 grams makes a HUGE difference :)

Just a normal fluctuation so not the end of the world, but would really like to see my weight get back to 52-53 soon.

19.5 hr intermittent fasting yesterday.
Closed the window at 7pm last night and aiming to hit another 19hr minimum today :)
119.0 lb Lost so far: 2.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
