Wow, I have hit a very busy week. You know those 6am - 10 pm days? and literally just realized I have not been tracking my food. I have been so good since June. Tomorrow, I leave for a 5 day family getaway. I don't know if I will have time to track or even the ability to track. But I am NOT going to derail! I really want to visit a famous chocolatiers shop so I am going to keep everything in check so that will be my splurge. Oh and one meal out at the German restaurant... But more walking, going to see a waterfall and no sodas, and keep the portions in control. I can do this, right?? any other tips for vacation?

When I get back, the busy will still be busy till Tgiving. Maybe then I will rest!!

How exciting! You will probably sight-see off all the extra special calories! Have fun, but be mindful and you will have a great time!

Water water water! Watch your portions. Try to choose healthy options when dining out. And bring whatever healthy snacks you permit yourself to eat while you are out sight-seeing so that being hungry doesn't become an excuse to get something from a vendor or shop. And don't beat yourself up if you slip, just dust yourself off and get back on the horse! Have a great vacation, and eat some German food for me! ;)
