focusing so much on the "numbers" of the scale and my jeans, I lost sight for a moment on the numbers that REALLY matter.

Starting BMI......44.3
Today: 25.6

Starting body fat percentage: over 55!!!
Today: 27% !!!!!!!!!!!
(Goal under 24%)
