When you are ready you will lose weight again. It's not easy finding the right motivation that will make you stick to the plan.

There may never me a good time. There always seems to be something that keeps coming up. Eating healthy and exercising will help you deal with stress and emotions better than anything else. Go on Pinterest and type in "fitness motivation or inspiration". They have great quotes, pics, recipes, etc. Try a new workout, get a new workout outfit, take a yoga class (great for stress), make a home gym with light hand weights, a mat and work out dvds. Start taking baby steps by adding in more fruit and vegetables. Somtimes you have to find your motivation and do things to keep it. If you start now, by Christmas you may be down 10 pounds. Being in control gives you self confidence and helps you deal with lifes problems better. Now get it to it. Can't you just see that 199. It's screaming your name...KAY KAY KAY...come and get me..lol

On any journey the first step is always the most difficult. I found that just making a really small change set me off making it possible to do more. I won't say the "Ex..." word because that makes it all too purposeful, but just getting out of our normal environment (if you are able too) and going for a walk is not only good for our body but can also help our mental wellbeing too.
