205! Wow. Something seems to have changed last few days. Hit a new low yesterday (207) and now overnight, dropped 2 more pounds! That in spite of about 1/4 cup or more of cashews after my dinner last night and adding whole milk to my coffee instead of the fat free milk I used to use. Maybe a little fat is good? (Plus I had two oven baked battered shrimp from my husband's plate a one tater tot) :)
I skipped lunch the last two days but my total calories have not changed much. Instead of breakfast when I first get up, I've been having it as brunch, about 11 or 12 and then nothing until dinner. I've changed from 4 egg whites to 3 egg whites and 1 whole egg in my scrambled eggs.
My spin leader who is also a weight counselor told me that I should not wait that late to eat and that its important to metabolism to eat something for breakfast in the morning when you first get up. Unsure now if I should change this brunch thing as it seems to be working for me unless its something else that has increased the weight loss. Maybe I'll have a tiny bit of something until brunch.
205.0 lb Lost so far: 18.0 lb.    Still to go: 55.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
