Slow but steady, I do have to remind myself that staying at a lower weight is just as important as losing more weight. Overall I am tired of my weight fluctuating like a yo-yo. On a positive note even though I am having some unhealthy snacks I am eating more vegetables and overall have a lower calorie intake and I feel a lot better. Also I make sure to get a full night's rest!
