I don't think I will see any drop this week as I haven't really stuck to my 1500 calorie count....but on the up side I shouldn't see an increase as I haven't exceed my daily requirement.

I am so glad it is Friday....I feel like hibernating.....

Problem with weekends can be a two edged sword. Use it to go out somewhere nice in the country away from home. Remove temptations :)

The problem with being out in the country....there is always a damn coffee shop with yummy cake lol

Depends where you are in the country, those damned cakes get everywhere.
