I haven't had the time to track my food this week, but I've been staying on track. I forgot to take my supplements and have been too tired to exercise, so in general I'm not feeling great. I lost half a pound this week so that's something, but in general I'm just tired and feeling unsuccessful.

Glen, I don't track my sleep. I seem to have consistent sleep patterns, but, like you, I suffer from thinking about work once I'm home at night, and this week was particularly grueling. You are so right about self-forgiveness. It's funny how much of our path to being healthier is about psychology rather than physiology. I will take your words to heart and hopefully rest easier tonight.
