Hubby is out of town for the weekend so it's just me & the dog. It's a peaceful autumn afternoon in upstate New York; drizzly but I'm cozy under my heated blanket with a cup of tea and a good book (To Kill A Mockingbird).

Did my errands already this morning, including running to the post office and the dump, washing 3 loads of laundry and tidying up the kitchen.

Looking forward to a quiet weekend where I can recharge after a hectic, stressful week. Going to weigh in on Monday. Hoping I'll be able to lose one pound by then.

Exercise: 25 minutes on the elliptical / 200 calories burned

Breakfast
• Chai tea with honey and 1/2 cup cashew milk
• 2 eggs scrambled with 1 teaspoon of ketchup
• 4 oz skirt steak
• 1 slice of toast with strawberry jam (decided to treat myself there)
(2 BMs)

Supplements:
• 2 vitamin C
• 1 B6
• 2 ox bile
• 1 zinc

Lunch
• 1 serving beef jerky
• 1 serving Smart Puffs
• cup of lemon zinger tea

Snack
• handful of dark chocolate-covered blueberries

Dinner
• lamb curry (homemade from lite coconut milk, red curry paste, red curry powder, grilled lamb shoulder, green beans, orange pepper and carrots)
• basmati rice
