put on. I'm so sad. but then again I didn't run yesterday. TODAY I RUN 5km!!!
126.5 lb Lost so far: 1.3 lb.    Still to go: 126.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Don't be sad...and too hard on yourself.0.6kg is a very small gain...all the best on the 5km run...Am sure you will lose it and more in no time:-) think I should also try out some running-heard its good for toning up.
