Ok Ok Ok, I am avoiding a weigh in. Reason being is that my scale moved and I don't trust the numbers. When the scale is closer to the wall I'm 147! I love that number lol! However when I pull the scale from the wall it says 153! Boo on that number too. Maybe I should just average the two and I'm probably 150! Which is alright with me.

I will start my circuit training/bootcamp on next Monday! Last time I did it I lost between 10-20 pounds in a month and I did the fat smash diet with it. But that was the beginning of my weight loss when it was coming off fast. Now I'll be glad to lose 5 pounds a month up until Christmas when I make my goal weight of 135! So close to maintenance mode! Can't wait

what if you stand on one foot? I think the average is the best idea! Or keep moving it around and record the lowest.

What happen to P90x or whatever it is.. I always take to lower number to.. HEHEHe.. See you 2moro sis!

I will do p90x to tone after my goal is met. I'm in weight loss mode now

have you tried putting like a 5 lb bag of sugar/flour on it to make sure it's accurate? That's what I do when I'm trying to adjust it correctly. I can't stand it when it jumps around just by putting it on a different floor. Also, the actual weight doesn't matter (tho i know it does) as long as the numbers are going down continuously... :)
