Need a lil motivation. I jus have to remind myself why I'm doing this. I want to lose 50lbs by December 31, 2011. I know I can do it. I can lose 2.5lbs every week. 2000 calories burned 4 days a week, 1000 on Fridays and saturday mornings.
354.8 lb Lost so far: 6.2 lb.    Still to go: 204.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
