The 4 lb weight loss in one week was rather sizable. I'm currently moving into my lifting phase for the year, starting with 50% 1RM at high set/reps for the next few weeks. Last week was a test week. It was suggested that I lost water weight which is most likely correct. I don't normally lose so quickly. Maybe I'll write again after all the work is done for this part of this phase.
