I am not so happy about my glucose readings, they have been high more often than low. I am putting the numbers down on my sheet using either green or red ink and it is looking like an awful lot of red. Now to really work on that.
I have been able to do a little more walking now. Just a block or so per day. Helping hubby with his paper route,(taking papers to doors or front porch from the car.) One spot I walk a block and deliver to almost all of the homes on one side while he gets the other side.
Doctor said I was down 1 pound but like I said I won't be excited until I am down over 5 pounds. Last Christmas I was down and then the "diabetes dietitian" had me try her way of eating and poof I gained 6 pounds in one month. Needless to say I quit going to her.
