Finally past where the Steak Day once took me. Getting discouraged at those GAINS (especially coz I added fruit/Melba back in - some of the weight came right back, BUT NOT RIGHT BACK OFF!)
Also concerned because my coach told me about another site like this one (tracks potassium, FS does not) where the calorie counts are wildly different. Now I'm worried that I'm eating more than I think I am :-/
Going in the right direction. Nothing worth having isn't worth working for right!? ONWARD HO!
