Started back on my exercise on my Wii fit this week. I found I couldn't keep up with my past set of exercises, so I altered them to fot my level at this point. I know with steady determination and not expecting to much of myself. I will achieve my goals, I didn't know how much I missed playing on this thing. Monday I 10 out of the 15 exercises from my profile, plus I did and extra 6 minute of step. Wednesday I did 11 out of 15, and extra two snowball fights & extra 6 minutes of step. So I'm progressing but not pushing myself to soreness. With my back and neck injuries I have to be very focused not to stress these areas to much. So I'll continue to progress slow, but like the turtle I think I can win the race.
