haha I'm glad - I've had a few disturbed nights lately too - horrible (though not as bad as yours!) did you get a new smoke alarm?

I don't know whether it is getting older, but I seriously can't function without my sleep....how I managed when I was younger I have no idea. Although I only sleep 5-6 hours a day, I really need them to be stress free! Fortunately I had a spare one and it is behaving.....I showed it the fait of the first :)

Can't remember the last time I had a full nights sleep, but after such a long time I'm used to it now,

Hey ML I seriously don't ever even get up to go to the loo in the middle of the night....I take my sleeping very seriously ha ha
