Ok... so I am feeling extremely guilty about the big fat slice of chocolate cake I had on Sunday. My neighbour knocked on my door with a plate with 2 slices of cake just for me... Inside I laughed, coz its like temptation is everywhere & even knocks on your door when you are trying to be good. The old me would have inhaled both slices without even thinking about it... The new me however, ate 1 slice, and walked to my sister-in-law's to give her the other slice. I have been feeling extremely guilty all week because it seems for the last 3 weeks, I fall prey to cake. Of course those 1oz slices were nothing compared to the 1/8 slice I had Sunday... But for the first time in a long time, I am eating healthier food more often & working out more...
On a good note, that sexy personal trainer who always flirts with me is back at the gym.. Yesterday he was like "girl u look good" and came to give me a hug :-) {sigh}... heeey.. it's added motivation. I will take it from wherever I can get it, as long as I reach my goal. - over & out - lol!
