I keep trying so hard and cant seem to catch a break... I'm in the gym and eating right and drinking water and I go up up up. Guess I have to dial my diet in even more.

How long have you been exercising? Exercise can cause the muscles to temporarily retain water, which can show on the scale as a temporary gain, no loss or smaller than usual loss. When you increase or change it, it can happen. Are you tracking your food? People who track their food tend to lose 30% more than those who don't. You don't have much to lose, so it is especially important. A food scale, cups and spoons are great to help you understand what the correct portion size may be. Take your measurements. When the scale doesn't move, losing inches can help us see tha tour bodies are changing. Since you only have a small amount to lose and you are already at a low weight, you may need to keep the diet tight (watch those bites, licks and tastes).
