Today is the day, I start a structured excerise plan, I am going to start walking completely around the complex where I live , and a 10_ 15 minute bike ride each day.for 7 days, then next w Monday I am going to increase my walking and bike riding time.This worked for me before, I had cancer surgery in June of 2013, and I am now so out of shape, so I am going to get back in shape before I increase my time limit , which, I have set for next Monday, it's just a matter of making myself do.
