This is ridiculous. I feel awful. When I was young I could carry this kind of weight without problem. Now I feel like a manatee. My lower body flexibility is non-existent. We have a trip coming up where there will be a lot of comfort food. I can't wait until after that trip to get started so I'm going to cut calories now, add exercise, hopefully control portions when on that trip, and then get back to business losing weight when we get home. Here I go again...
