The elimination diet has shown me that I'm sensitive to dairy products, coconut milk, almonds and Ceasers dressing, but who knows what else. It's really hard to reintroduce only one thing at a time, especially when you eat out and you just don't know what has been added to your food, even if you're very careful. I had a tiny 2 bite bran muffin this morning and went into a coughing spell. Who knows exactly what ingredients in that muffin caused the coughing spell...the oil, the bran, the flour, etc. For lunch I had a homemade omelette and felt fine...a bit of oil, eggs and veggies (no cheese) and so far so good...no coughing, bloating or phlegmy feeling at the back of the throat. I'm having difficulty pinpointing the problem foods. Anyway, this is a journey I need to stay on so I will persevere.

I'm looking forward tonight to seeing the blood moon and the lunar eclipse. For all of you folks out there, try to catch a glimpse of it. It should be spectacular. And to all my FS friends, enjoy the rest of the day and have a good week. Keep focused and working hard towards your goals.

I'm glad you've figured out some of the foods you are sensitive too. I never saw the blood moon. It was rather cloudy here that night. I hope you got the opportunity.
