Keeping in my calorie count of 1600. Limited exercise due to torn muscle in right side of all places. Suppose to take 3 -5 weeks to heal... Ugh
136.4 lb Lost so far: 1.6 lb.    Still to go: 6.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
