No moe wheat and grains for now, seems to be working kinda like paleo meets atkins at least i'm not always hungry
218.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 18.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

LOL - that is me, too. Paleo meets Atkins, I do no grains or dairy just becuase I feel like crap when I eat it.

Re grains .... I only use Ezekiel's cinnamon raisin bread, muffins and al dente pasta ...no other breads ... Ezek. seems to be the only anti inflammatory bread out there.... anti inflammatory is THE most important aspect in diet ... ie supersedes other diet concepts ... Atkins, Paleo etc. Look it up. My PSA dropped from 8 to 4 after I was on the anti inflammatory diet for just 2-3 months Len
