Yowzers! Does that scale really say 164.7?! I am thrilled!

I needed a boost, so I'm glad my weight has gone down. I started a strength-training class this week, and it was completely humiliating! I couldn't do it! My body just wouldn't do those exercises. I left the class early when I got dizzy!

But I figure it can't get any more embarrassing than that, so the worst is over and I might as well keep going and keep trying.

Onward!
164.7 lb Lost so far: 23.3 lb.    Still to go: 14.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.7 lb a week

Awww- drink more water before and during the class so you are not dizzy. You will get stronger!

Hi! I've been weight training on and off for about a year. It took me two months to do a proper squat. Keep it up! Everyone's body can weight train, you can do it!

Don't be embarrassed there are exercise we al cant do just do your best and forget the rest, nice loss :)
