Day 3 -
Got yesterdays goals for the most part - a little sidelined last night by dinner out.
Back on it today.

Need to get a run in but its still raining and I hate running in the rain.
Goals -
DVD/abs
Journal food
Early to bed
8 glasses water

175.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 175.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
