Okay, this is not a milestone, but things are getting a bit easier., It is extremely hard to maintain 1600 calories a day, so I have given up my evening wine and chocolate for a bit. I defiantly need to walk more again, once my knees and back feel a bit better. Eating at home has made a bit difference. Too easy to indulge when going to local restaurants that are mostly burger and beer establishments. 50 lbs to go seems like a lot, but it will help my knees and back so I can exercise more effectively.
