I'm on jury duty right now so I can't drink my normal amount of water and spend a lot of time sitting. Should be done today and can return to normal.

207.6 lb Lost so far: 24.4 lb. Still to go: 42.6 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.

For Lent one year I decided to give up elevators. When I was picked for jury duty they made us stay together and ride the elevator together. I was sorely vexed :) but at least it was only a 3 day trial.
