Good day, this week is going to be busy eye appt. checking on therapy, checking out 1 hour exercise class offered at a church. Costs one dollar, instructor from arthritis foundation. Going back to bible study. Most I done socially. Watch out world. Think my next mini goal will be lose 50 pounds by Feb. 14, 2016. Maybe that is pushing it. Comments welcome, want to keep it real.
