I am finding that even in social situations, I'm trying to make better choices now. I went to Red Robin for lunch during the week and got a Boca burger with a tavern bun (smaller than their regular bun) and a side of coleslaw, not fries. I also went out for dinner at a local pizzeria, and only had 1 slice of a Florentine pie (cheese, spinach and fresh tomato). So I'm very pleased with this week's results. Next week, I'm going to try to incorporate some exercise...nothing crazy, but I know I've got to start moving!
