Excellent doctor's visit. My weight is continuing to trend downward and my labs are good. I am anticipating a change due to the time of year coming up. When it is cooler out I tend to want to hibernate and eat comfort foods and stay inside. It is going to be a challenge for me to continue to walk on my lunch breaks and try to stick to a reasonable eating pattern.
I need a specific plan of action. I am going to marinate in that and come up with that plan.

Think about getting all the food you shouldn't eat out of the house if possible! I can't cheat if it's not in the house and I definetly wouldn't leave a warm comfy house! Congrats on looking forward and recognizing the potential dangers and finding a way to avoid them! that shows real dedication!!

I agree spiritspell. I also need to buy some rain gear so I won't talk myself out of walking because it is raining. I love me some hibernation though. As soon as it starts staying dark later in the mornings I have trouble waking up and want to stay in bed because, well it is dark outside, I should be sleeping!
