It’s been awhile since I’ve seen movement. But I’ll take it. Doc thinks it’s due to insulin use and taking GLIMIPURIDE. After today I stop that and start on trulicity again to see if that counters the stall I’ve encountered. There’s no way I shouldn’t be losing weight. Calories are consistently under 2000 and carbs are always below 100g per day.

Diet Calendar Entry for 20 October 2023:
1948 kcal Fat: 127.17g | Prot: 128.41g | Carb: 84.54g.   Breakfast: Pace Hot Picante Sauce, Kroger Pepper Jack Singles, Jalapeno Peppers, Egg, Onions, Kroger Pork Sausage Patties. Lunch: Egg, Prego Roasted Garlic & Herb Pasta Sauce, Great Value Sliced Provolone Cheese, Quaker 100% Whole Grain Oatmeal, Kroger Ground Beef Chuck 80/20. Dinner: Kroger Classic Whip, Great Value Canned Chicken. Snacks/Other: Russell Stover Sugar Free Pecan Delights, Clementines , Blue Diamond Roasted Salted Almonds. more...

I aim for keeping my carbs below 20. Have you ever watched Dr. Eric Westman on YouTube. He has a diabetes clinic at Duke U. where he controls diabetes with diet.
