I will be down to last year's weight in ten more pounds. That will make me happy. My husband and I just started Keto last week. I'm definitely in ketosis right now. This is what has worked best for me in the past. I have suffered from gerd for years and you would think it would be worse with all of the fat I'm eating. I have had no symptoms for the past few days. it's amazing how things will change for you when you are getting the right nutrition break down for your body 😉 going to keep it up and get in good shape so I can have a surgery that I desperately need. From there, the sky's the limit!
