First week of September went great! I logged 7 workouts and ate reasonably within the guidelines. I am not supposed to weight myself until Sept 30th but I can feel my body tightening and my clothes fitting much better than they did in August! I think I am on the right track.

Today's workout was all low impact (i.e. modified Insanity Max 30: Cardio Challenge). I thought it would be a waste of time but boy I was wrong! I was sweating and ready to give up at 14:38! I did not give up and now I feel so proud of myself.

My water intake has consistently been 3 or more liters per day. This is plain water, not counting teas and coffee.

A good start to the week!
